Shipping & Exchange Policy

1. Delivery Timeline

After successful payment and submission of all required details (including full dietary recall, lifestyle form, body measurements, progress photos, and other requested information), our team will begin designing your customized plan.

📌 Plan delivery typically takes 2–3 working days (excluding Sundays or holidays).

Your plan and supporting PDFs will be delivered digitally via WhatsApp or email, based on your preferred communication method.

2. No Shipping Required

We do not ship any physical goods. All coaching materials, documents, and plans are delivered digitally. Therefore, there is:

  • No courier or physical delivery
  • No postal tracking
  • No additional shipping charges
3. No Exchanges

As services are:

  • Personalized for each client
  • Delivered in digital format
  • Created after significant backend work by our team

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstance. Once the plan is created and delivered, it cannot be altered for reuse or resold.

4. Incorrect Information Delays Delivery

To avoid delays in your plan delivery, ensure that the information you provide (including dietary history, lifestyle habits, and health details) is accurate and complete.

Missing or vague information can delay your onboarding process.

5. Client Responsibility

Once the digital plan is delivered, it is the client’s responsibility to:

  • Go through the guidelines thoroughly
  • Follow up for clarifications if needed
  • Begin the plan as scheduled

Resilient Fitness is not responsible for delays caused by the client’s own unresponsiveness or lack of communication after payment.
