1. Overview

This website is operated by Resilient Fitness. By accessing this website or purchasing coaching services, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with any linked policies or guidelines.

All services are digital and personalized. Your continued use signifies acceptance of these terms, which we may update periodically.

2. Coaching Services & Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete health & lifestyle information before starting.
• Follow the program and communicate consistently, especially for Daily Check-In clients.
• Results are dependent on your effort, consistency, and feedback.

3. Pause Policy

• Daily Check-In: Up to 15 cumulative pause days allowed with prior approval.
• Basic Weekly Check-In: No pauses allowed. Missed weeks count as used.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

• All payments are taken in advance and non-refundable once coaching starts.
• Discounted Phase 1 does not apply to future phases.
• Plans are non-transferable or shareable.

5. Program Customization & Changes

• Notify your coach at least 2 hours prior to any urgent change.
• Frequent last-minute changes may be discouraged.
• All changes are subject to coach approval.

6. Communication

All coaching happens over WhatsApp or phone. While responses are prompt, timing may vary.

Daily Check-In clients must update daily with honesty. Lack of communication can affect outcomes.

7. Health & Safety Disclaimer

• Always consult your physician before beginning any program, especially with medical conditions.
• Follow workouts and nutrition advice responsibly — you assume full responsibility.
• Resilient Fitness is not liable for any injuries or health consequences.

8. Intellectual Property

All digital plans, PDFs, and resources are the sole property of Resilient Fitness and cannot be copied, reused, or shared.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your personal data is used only to deliver services. It will never be shared externally without consent.

10. Termination of Services

• We may terminate services if the client violates terms or disrupts the coaching environment.
• Clients may stop services at any time, but no refunds will be given for unused time.

11. Jurisdiction

All legal matters are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Acceptance

By making payment and starting any coaching program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all these terms.
